Kindergarten through Grade 8:                                         $6,300 + Fees 

Junior Kindergarten (M-F Full Days):                               $6,500 + Fees            

Part - Time Junior Kindergarten (M,W,F - Full days):   $4,950 + Fees

Registration Fee per student if paid by January 22nd, 2025: $300 (non-refundable and does not reduce tuition)

Registration Fee per student starting  January 23rd, 2025: $400 (non-refundable and does not reduce tuition) 

New Family Registration Fees

Registration Fee per student if paid by February 3rd, 2025: $300  (non-refundable and does not reduce tuition) 

Registration Fee per student starting February 4th, 2025: $400 (non-refundable and does not reduce tuition) 

Current and New Family Technology Fee: (per Student):     $200

PARENT PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

Each full-time family is expected to volunteer 7.5 hours per semester* (15 hrs/school year)  

Each preschool family is expected to volunteer 5 hours per school year. *Please note: The number of PP hours will likely increase in future school years.  

Full-time families that do not fulfill 15 hrs or are not signed up to work events equal to 15 hrs by the third quarter, will be billed $30/missing hour up to $450 for the school year.

Our Parent Participation Guide for the 2025- 2026 School Year has not been released. The School Office will post the new guide to our website when it is available. This guide will give more detailed  information to parents of the volunteer opportunities in the upcoming school year. 

** All programs, 3YR through 8th Grade qualify for the $200 referral discount. This credit is available to a currently enrolled family for referring a new family that enrolls at St. William (One credit per family).

Families may qualify for further assistance from St. William School but must first qualify for assistance from the AOD program. Families must complete the FACTS application to qualify.
