In Fifth Grade, we strive to create an environment where students feel supported in their spiritual, emotional, and academic growth. We begin each day with prayer, encouraging students to express gratitude and pray fro others, fostering a deep connection to our faith. We incorporate Gospel values into our lessons and discussions, guiding students to recognize God's presence in their lives and actions.
Emotionally, we build a caring and respectful classroom community by promoting empathy and active listening. We use interactive group activities and discussions to help students understand and manage their feelings, creating a safe space where everyone feels valued.Fifth Grade Favorites include: Fifth Grade Camp, Student Council, Choir, Holy Family Life Skills Program, & the transition process to middle school, including having a locker in the hallway and attending specials classes with the older grades.
