| Tuition Assistance Forms: The tuition assistance forms from the Archdiocese of Detroit have arrived and are in the office. These forms must be completed and mailed by mid April. Call the office if you would like us to send home a copy of the form for you. Kindergarten Meeting: Information is being sent home today regarding kindergarten registration for the fall. While we are aware of most of our sibling kindergarten students, we may have missed some. If you do not get information on this meeting today and plan on registering a kindergarten student in the fall, please contact the school office. Mother - Son Bowling - ** DATE & TIME CHANGE** : Due to several conflicts brought to our attention, we are going to move the Mother-Son Bowling event to Saturday, March 17th from 1-3pm. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you already submitted your payment and can still make the new date then you are all set. If you sent in your payment and can no longer make it, we will return to you. If you have any questions, please contact Monica Higgins or Mary Shrader. CRUSADER 2012 FOOTBALL - HISTORY NEVER STOPS BEING MADE! Registration for the 2012 Football season is underway! Please visit the St William Dad's Club Website for registration and other related forms. If your child is missing anything, please take a minute to check the drawers of the cabinet just outside the school office. Scrapbook Event: There will be numerous vendors at our scrapbooking event which is to be held on Saturday, March 3rd. If you are not scrapbooking, you are still encouraged to come and shop. Some of the vendors selling will include Scentsy Candles, Tastefully Simple, Creative Memories, and Close to Your Heart. |
Fun Day Volunteers Needed: Please contact Linda Luchi if you are interested in volunteering for Fun Day. This event is our final “fun” event of the school year and is held on June 6th in the morning.
Fish Fry News: Lent is upon us which means it is the Dads’ Club Fish Fry for the Fridays during Lent. Students in grades 3-8 are welcome to work the event. Parents and students should have attended the meeting this week that went over the various procedures. Please email Randy Rice to sign up your student to work. Crusader Day Change: Our usual Crusader Day will be changed in March due to Lent. Rather than serving meat to the children on Friday, we will be having our Crusader Day and hot dog/pizza lunch on Thursday, March 1st. Please mark your calendars. Congratulations Boys: Our JV #1 Boys’ Basketball team is being honored with the Sportmanship Award at the upcoming CYO event on February 26th. Our team was voted for this award by the other teams in our league. We certainly congratulate them and are proud of how they represent St. William. Congratulations: Two St. William families have welcomed new baby boys into their families this week. Mr. and Mrs. Studt have a new grandson. Trever was born on February 11th and is welcomed by his older brother, Bradley. Iven Sharrak, a sixth grade student, and his family also welcomed a brother into the family. Andrew was born on February 8th. Congratulations to both of these families. |
