On a personal note...
I grew up in Detroit and moved to Walled Lake when I got married. I have one brother who is a teacher in Utica. My husband and I have been married for 30+ years and we have two children, a son Andy and a daughter Betsy.
I attended Northwestern Michigan College and Western Michigan University. I graduated from WMU with a bachelor of science and teaching degree. I later attended Oakland University to complete my teaching certificate. I have been teaching for over 20 years. I worked in the Walled Lake public schools before coming to St. William. While at St. William I have been a teacher's aide, 5th grade classroom teacher, 5/6 Science teacher, librarian and reading teacher. I really love working with children.
My husband and I like to travel. We have been to England and Scotland. Every winter break we like to take a Caribbean cruise.
